| Can't Add Link | |
| 2010-02-03 20:16 | Epoli | Okay, I'm new to the site, so I'm still trying to understand things. I may be doing something wrong, so please correct me if I am. I created my profile, did the whole START thing for a while, stopped it, tried to add a link in the Links tab. The link I'm trying to use is http://www.arvyre.com/levelup.php?id=51 - which, according to the site, y'all support it. Problem I come across is that it doesn't get added, and says I still have no links. Kind of silly to have this click everyone's links if I can't get my own added.
Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. |

How does link expire? * Links expire 72 hours after creation if not renewed and are removed from exchange. * Links timers will be renewed automatically 20 hours after previous renewal. * Links to be renewed dependins on your visit count: ** 10% visited - 1 link renewed ** 45% visited - 2 links renewed ** 80% visited - the rest of links renewed |
| 2010-02-03 22:42 | Epoli | Okay, that may have been the reason before. I've done them all, now, yet it's still not adding. TinaX attempted to do it as well, to see if it was just something affecting me, but apparently she wasn't able to either.
"??TinaX? i tried to add it but it says: Unsupported Arvyre Pet URL. [17:28]" So, not sure what the problem is. At least I know it's not something I did. :-P |
| 2010-02-04 00:00 | Epoli | Yeah, really don't want to double post, however I'm unable to edit my previous post. That being said, we figured out what the issue is for Arvyre pets. Just waiting for whomever who can fix it to do so.
Arvyre went through an overhaul recently. Old link format was this: http://www.arvyre.com/pets/levelup.php?id=57 New and correct format is this: http://www.arvyre.com/levelup.php?id=57 Now, when we try to use Arvyre links, we get the error that it's not a valid Arvyre pet. Hopefully all this information makes things easier for whomever is in charge of such things. Thanks! |
