is it possible to run utopia not in intelligence mode? The mode give to much industries, security,.... Shortage of employees: -0.706% ; Require: 2666 citizens Great transport: 0.773% ; Enough for next: 2919 citizens Very good security: -0.733% ; Enough for next: 2767 citizens Very good environment: -0.737% ; Surplus parks: 467 |

It's all calculated via the XML File. The XML File shows the stats of the myminicity links ... it's refreshed every 10-15 Min. to make sure your city gets the Klix (env, ind, com, tra etc...) from the exchange that are needed most at that moment and for the next 10-15 Min. till it refreshes again ... and so on ... it makes sure that there is always a balance. Sure it can happen that you get only ind during one period but not permanently cause after the next xml refresh you will get the Klix needed most then. |
