| Firefox 15 - Supermode doesn't work anymore | |

I am running FF15 and supermode works. Can you update your Supermode plugin and try again please. If this doesnt work, can I suggest a clean install / reinstall of firefox. Regards Dan |
| 2012-08-29 17:53 | AmuseEmanc | I've already the latest Supermode version (2.8). I tested with XP and Win 7 64bit PCs so far. For both the combination FF 15 / Supermode 2.8 doesn't work. After downgrading to FF 14 Supermode works again.
I read that FF 15 has established a new memory management for addons. Maybe here could be found the problem. |

I have tried both creating a new profile on firefox 15 and creating a clean install and this allowed supermode to work. Is there a chance you have either a plugin or an addon that is causing a conflict with supermode. Can you try either a clean profile of firefox or a new install just to see if this is your machine? Ill pass this over for utopia to have a look. Thanks Dan |

| 2012-08-30 20:31 | AmuseEmanc | Okay, it's a conflict with the Noscript addon. If deactivating Noscript Supermode works. This is a bit strange because utopa.lv and myminicity.com are on my whitelist in Noscript. I've tested the latest and some previous versions of Noscript which worked perfect in parallel with Supermode in the past with FF 14. But none works with Supermode and FF 15 anymore. So I don't think it's a Nocript functionality that blocks Supermode now. I'm quite sure the conflict appeared due to FF 15 changes, probably due to the new addon memory management in FF 15. |
