| clicks doesn't match the account sternensee | |

Uto we have new problems: only our link sternensee will be count, if i started the exchange and not the account and when polarlicht runs his script, sometimes the exchange starts and then stop from some reason. he doesn't know why stella |

you're right, we both are mutli ip user and that is the problem that polarlicht has. in profile ip-change information is marked. we looked for it for a while. then he has to click the start-button again. it's no network-error. and my problem is, that one ip-range seems to count not the account sternensee. stella |

There is a thread about it in bugs I do believe - I will see if I can find it later tonight after all the children go home, but you can also post in chat, many of the multi IP users are in there regularly and can give you some suggestions. |

Just seeing there is a new version of supermode and i'm not sure if he has installed supermode 2.8 or 2.9. He must have a look on it, when he is at home. Maybe the problems are gone with 2.9? we will report, but not in the chat-box, 'cause sometimes the user are writing so much there and it will get lost :) stella |

If it was me I would e-mail Uto with your problem. I am also finding random stops in my 2 hour auto visits. Sometimes it’s after the first IP change, - or anywhere in between. My guess: Uto is making code changes while the exchange is running. It may also be some database profile corruption. Last year a problem I couldn’t resolve from my side, went away miraculously, after Uto wrote he did some database clean-up. :-) |

Nothing of our problems changed until now, on the contrary it come to new. Zgeek you are right. I think a database clean up would be the best to solve our problems. Orchid, do you know when Uto will come into the forum again, because our pm's to him, are still unread. stella |
