| 2013-09-09 11:15 | Orchid | Since you play the game, you have access to the Forums, Facts, Rules and Regulations, so you will need to ask that. Also in one of those areas it will say when reset it, maybe something like GMT -4 or GMT +3. If after checking all those places you are still not sure if a clicked exchange is allowed, you will need to ask a moderator or an admin of the site to verify that it is allowed. If you go that route, copy and quote your question and their reply so we have it on our files and so we know who said it was okay if there is a dispute at a later time. |
