| why are visits trending downward last few days? | |

TOP 50 coolest [Multi IP] users around. Place Name Visit count Today IP count 20 cumm1ng.myminicity.com 193223 23246 50 But I am receiving fewer visits each day: (I realizie received visits is not supposed to equal made visits - I'm talking about a trend of my making the same number of visits is yielding fewer and fewer) cumm1ng.myminicity.com 2009-04-17 . . . . 2430 visits (with 3 hours left) 2009-04-16 . . . . 2807 visits 2009-04-15 . . . . 3150 visits 2009-04-14 . . . . 3788 visits 2009-04-13 . . . . 3576 visits 2009-04-12 . . . . 3119 visits 2009-04-11 . . . . 3275 visits Anyone know why this might be? TIA for any insight! |

Looking at several members, I can see that most people have had a reduction in visits to their cities over the last few days. The only reason I see possible, is that some some of our visitors multi ip or not, have not been visiting the exchange like they have previously done, for example a multi IP visitor might not have done the same amount of visits one day than on another. This causes fluctuations in visits. I hope this helps Dan |
| 2009-04-17 20:30 | TinaX | Well i think for some of us users here from middle europe i think i can say that it could be a reason that the weather was very nice here the last few weeks and i think ppl just hang out in the sun instead of sitting in front of their PCs.
It's called spring i think ... hmmmm ... what will happen when summer comes ??? ;-) Don't worry ... PL is more important and we still have enough visits each day. |

Multi-IP user and automation master "hellowien", who has been with the web site from the beginning, recently quit the exchange. We all felt reduction in visits because of that. Also, as Tinas-HMCity said, the better is weather outside, the less time is spent near PC. :) |

Heh heh. True. I wasn't thinking globally (no pun intended;) - I was thinking mathematically. And just today I passed on jeans, went for shorts on this beautiful day in the southern USA, and my fish-belly-white legs nearly burst into flames under sunny skies...
