As I am not really familiar with coding, some of the solutions will look a little bit "dirty" or uncommon to experienced coders. Therefore feel free to post helpful comments, better scripts or solutions for special scenarios. All my scripts are written for PPP connection (dial-up, pppoe) and are tested with WinXP and should run in Vista too. You should put all mentioned bat.files in one directory (e.g. c:/automation) and name them as i did (important for testing of further variations).
