| 2009-01-04 11:33 | City of MT | I did not want to reply to an archived thread: http://utopia.lv/exchange/?do=forum&w=view&pid=5&mid=66 found via search, so I made a new one. Is that the recommended course of action, or should I reply to an archived thread, for future reference?
But, I noticed that the thread creator still had the problem according to the last post on 2008-11-28 12:40 and that the thread did not have the [fixed] added to it. It only occurs when I close FF 3.0.5 by terminating the process and use the handy restore browser function. I use it to restore several windows, each with multiple tabs in it. I click stop then start and everything goes back to normal. I know that the restoration may be exactly the problem but why does it happen? Not sure if this is a bug or a side effect. I depend on the restore browser function to save my session cookies so I do not have to log back in to a bunch of sites. Is there another way to save session cookies, or to make session cookies last like regular cookies? Can there be a feature for previewing a post and an option for allowing the view of archived threads? (Did not want to create one liner threads so I stuck the two feature requests here) Also another question: How do you get "6 utopia 22.43" on Autoclics? I am absolutely positive you do not have 8X donor function there, nevermind the "1 Klaatou 60.11" |

I recommend to create new Firefox profile only for Supermode. Sorry, I don't think it is worth my time, at least not now. Posts can be edited if errors are found. > How do you get "6 utopia 22.43" on Autoclics? We had a discussion with Ady (Autoclicks creator) if more than 8 parallel visits really give noticeable performance gain. So we each tested other exchange. Still my opinion stands that it is not worth overloading game servers with more than 8 parallel threads and the performance gain is not big enough. |
