Is every DCadopters link having the same problem? May be only pop-up user visits are counted (because images or scripts also need to be downloaded)? |

The link works and everything... And his other Dragonadoptable link is going fine so can't be only pop-up counted. |

The first link always seems to get normal view counts for what total is shown here, and what total is recorded on the DA site...but if a 2nd DA link is added here and used, that 2nd seems to record just about 1/2 at the DA site, of what the full total shows here, for any given day. **Example- if 3,000 visits total shows here for 1st and 2nd DA links, the 1st would show 3,000 at the DA site, but 2nd link would show like 1,000- 1,500 visits at the DA site. (**Example is just to illustrate/describe differences, not *actual* numbers).
I wonder, if there is anyone that also uses another or different click-exchange site, if they have checked (or could try in the future) to see if the same thing happens there too....or if it just seem to happen from here? Just a thought.... This may not be a big problem, however, because of the way the DA site itself works, and how it regulates each day, the actual effect of a certain amounts of vists towards each dragons' growth and happiness per day. REMEMBER, there is an unknown "cap" on how many visits will help their growth + happiness PER DAY...and any amount over that "cap" each day, stops helping BEYOND that "cap" point. ALSO, Since the 1st dragon must be level 30, before a 2nd can be added, it could be that the 2nd (or any additional ones in the future) may simply be counting/recording only the max. view(s) totals per day for the younger one's max. pssible growth each day. (Meaning that perhaps it works there so that the additional, younger dragons may simply need lesser view totals each day for it's max. daily growth + happiness potential...and so may only record what it actually "needs" each day, regardless of "actual" totals). I hope it can be understood what I'm trying to suggest and describe. However, all that aside, even with the differences in totals actually shown, there seem to still be more than enough being counted there, for what the 2nd dragon needs to reach it's max. daily growth + happiness cap from "outside" views each day....so while less may be shown there on the 2nd link, it IS more than enough to reach their daily cap for visits' effect....so doesn't seem any cause to be concerned, so far. |
