is it possible to enable supermode for "Iceweasel". Iceweasel = Firefox renamed for Debian. Iceweasel can install and use Firefox extensions and add-ons, but currently supermode does not run in Iceweasel. I only get a message saying: "Sorry. Supermode is supported in Firefox 2 and 3 only! ...". I quess your script is checking the browser and accepts only "Firefox"? -- Lumiukko |

Please use IceCat 3 which is evolution of Iceweasel. |

GNU IceWeasel was renamed to GNU Icecat because Debian was also using the name Iceweasel, so in Debian the browser is still called Iceweasel. AFAIK the Debian Iceweasel 3.0.6 that I am currently using is also based on FF3 sources. -- Lumiukko |

I may end changing Debian into Ubuntu, as Ubuntu has firefox included. -- Lumiukko |

Also I think it is possible for iceweasel to specify useragent as firefox/3.0. (in about:config), therefore webpages will see it as Firefox 3. |
